REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES

1)   Candidate after printing “admission letter” proceeds to the School Officer with the under listed documents for registration:

a)                original and photocopies of credentials

b)                10 coloured passport photographs

c)                photocopies of application form

d)                photocopies of PolyJamb result slip(ND fresh students)

e)                photocopies of Post Jamb application form (ND fresh students)

2)   Candidate after presentation of the above listed documents proceeds to pay the statutory fees, thereafter revisits the School Officer with photocopies of the receipts of payment.

3)   Candidate after registration with the School Officer proceeds to the Department for further registration and course registration on-line

4)   Candidate after clearance with the Department proceeds to the Library with evidence of payment of fees. Thereafter candidate will undergo Library orientation exercise on the day specified for his/her departmental registration.

5)    On completion of the orientation exercise, candidate will be issued with Library registration forms which will be completed by students, signed by the Head of Department and returned to the Library with two recent coloured photographs for the Library identity card and borrower’s record.
