SCHOOL OF PART-TIME STUDIES 

2008/2009 ACADEMIC SESSION REGISTRATION PROCEDURE.

This is to inform all ND 1 and HND1 part-time students that the Registration / Clearance  Exercise will commence on Saturday 29^th November, 2008.

All admitted candidates for the 2008/2009 academic session are expected to follow the under listed registration procedure.

(i)                   payment of Acceptance Levy fee (10,000.00) on the Internet after which the admission letter could be printed;

(ii)                 Registration/Clearance Exercise;

Students are to proceed for clearance/registration after the payment of Acceptance fee in the following order:

(iii)    Documents to be presented for Registration /Clearance Exercise            

a)                   Original and 3 Photocopies of O’level result

b)                   Original and 3 Photocopies of Application form

c)                   Original and 3 Photocopies of Admission letter

d)                   Original and 3 Photocopies of Birth Certificate/ Declaration of Age

e)                   Original and 3 Photocopies of ND Result (HND only)

f)                    Original and 3 Photocopies of Marriage Certificate (Married Women Only)

g)                   6 Coloured Passport Photographs.

(iv)   After the clearance in the above order, students are expected  to visit their programme Coordinator for further registration.
